What do you like best? VidCruiter is the fourth, and best, video interviewing tool my company has used - it's simple and user friendly, technical issues are very rare, and the support team is great. What do you dislike? No downsides come to mind. A few things on the admin side (like user set-ups, creating new interview links) are a little complex to do, but the support team is more than helpful in accomplishing whatever I need. What do you like best? As a fast-growing company with a small recruiting team, Vidcruiter helps us recruit for the best talent in an efficient and user-friendly way! What do you dislike? The user layout can be intimidating to some who have never done an online interview before. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Efficiency, asking consistent questions to all candidates, and having hiring managers participate in the screening process.

What do you like best? The VidCruiter team has been the an amazing part of the experience. The Customer service team is very proactive in responding to your needs regardless of what time it is. What do you like best? I like that it is automated and if there is something I can't figure out how to do, the team is there to help. What do you dislike? When setting up new prerecorded interview questions it does not automatically move to the next question and you have to save, go out of the window, click next rather than it moving to the next question set. What do you like best? VidCruiter is exactly what it says it is - video recruiting software - but it is so much more. Thresholds has used this product for approximately 2 years and it has streamlined our recruiting process. Great Customer Service and Time Saving!

What do you like best? The Vidcruiter team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Sean proactively reached out to share new updates and features that he thought would help our team. Then he took time to actually help me implement and practice them. Our organization focuses on creating self-sufficient and time-saving solutions, and so many Vidcruiter features help me do just that. Excellent Platform!

What do you like best? This platform is very easy to navigate. Very simple to learn. What do you dislike? Auto emails going into junk mail! But that is not any fault of this product. I would like an email when an applicant's reference is totally completed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits is that it has saved so much time by not having to physically call, email references. It has lightened my work load immensely.

What do you like best? Vidcruiter has saved us time during the busy university admissions process. It was intuitive and easy to use. The people are great - excellent customer service. What do you dislike? The Admissions Committee would have liked to have different rating scales within each question.
