Cost effective and efficient way to engage candidates and hiring managers

What do you like best? Easy of use of platform and ability to review and rate completed interviews when I have time to do so. What do you dislike? Technical support in Canada. Time difference can sometimes be an issue as our company is based in Australia but in saying this, respond times are really good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hiring time, engagement with candidates and hiring managers, improvement in quality of hire.
