What do you like best? The platform is generally straight forward. Very useful tool for us as we do Recruitment & Admissions for over 800 applicants. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very user-friendly and easy to use for applicants and admin. The VidCruiter team is super friendly and quick to respond to their clients, set up meetings if you need additional help. What do you like best? What I love about Vidcruiter over the competition is the fact that the tool is modular so I can build questions into a library with video and sound and reuse it in multiple interview profile. This is great for culture questions and generic interview questions that are the same for all your jobs. What do you like best? VidCruiter was very easy to use and user friendly What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind as it relates to dislikes, except that I currently am locked out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am interviewing candidates who are outside of the USA. The benefit is a more personal experience with the candidates.

What do you like best? The system is very user friendly and is somewhat intuitive. It is somewhat error proof and very simple to navigate. The users seem to appreciate that it is fast to set up and that they are able to trust the system to save all of the information they record. What do you like best? I like being able to do live and recorded videos. The recorded videos piece has been really helpful with saving time on big projects. What do you dislike? We have had some feedback that the live video isn't as effective with connectivity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are realizing how beneficial it is to send out recorded videos to candidates for high volume positions.
