Simple

What do you like best? It is easy for users to get started and has a variety of uses. What do you dislike? May run slow or have system delays. There are times when you have two or more calls at the same time when a number is dialed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use for people who dont have a lot of computer experiance. Can be used by many different companies who have different needs.

What do you like best? open source; powerful; customizable; really is a powerful dialer for outbound calls What do you dislike? requires dedicated IT / developers and/or experienced call center manager (as to be expected) What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The ease of the dialer it is one of the easist ones I have used. The sound quality is usually pretty good also which makes for another plus with vici. What do you dislike? When it does mess up it really messes up. In the almost three years that I have used Vici there has been times where it has gone down for hours. What do you like best? I'm using at work with manual dialing and its very easy. You just need to click manul dial and enter the number or dial the next number What do you dislike? One thing i noticed sometimes when you click paused and active.. one call will enter and another one two. What do you like best? Reports and setup were easy to use. There were a lot of customization. What do you dislike? Interface is outdated. It looks like it's from the early 1990s.
