The Most Flexible Call Center Software Ever

Interface needs updating
What do you like best? Reports and setup were easy to use. There were a lot of customization. What do you dislike? Interface is outdated. It looks like it's from the early 1990s. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automatic dialing and leads can be uploaded ahead.

Simple
What do you like best? It is easy for users to get started and has a variety of uses. What do you dislike? May run slow or have system delays. There are times when you have two or more calls at the same time when a number is dialed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use for people who dont have a lot of computer experiance. Can be used by many different companies who have different needs.

Does what it says
What do you like best? Comprehensive call center software and the ease of looking up user and agent history, as well as recordings. What do you dislike? The customization options are a bit archaic and could be updated to improve ease of use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it in an inbound call center with multiple incoming numbers for the same product.

Easy to use
What do you like best? I'm using at work with manual dialing and its very easy. You just need to click manul dial and enter the number or dial the next number What do you dislike? One thing i noticed sometimes when you click paused and active.. one call will enter and another one two. Amazing Opensource Call Center Software
What do you like best? ITS FREE, yes believe it or not it’s an extremely complete call center software and its free, its mainly for outbound calling and it has a nice dialer and is 100% adaptable to any operation, it allows you to tailor reports and manage your staff and times. What do you dislike? My vici dial review
What do you like best? I absolutely love this dialer. Out of all the dialers I have used in my years as a telemarketer I have found that I like this one the most. It is the easiest to use and the easiest to train someone on. If I had to pick a dialer for a business that deals with telemarketing it would be this one. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of the dialer it is one of the easist ones I have used. The sound quality is usually pretty good also which makes for another plus with vici. What do you dislike? When it does mess up it really messes up. In the almost three years that I have used Vici there has been times where it has gone down for hours.
