Very useful program.

What do you like best? What I like the most is that Vicidial is perhaps one of the most complete programs for the management of a CallCenter with OpenSource license. It allows managing incoming calls / campaigns and outgoing calls / campaigns; As PBX uses Asterisk (version 1.8.X). Vicibox is the version of Vicidial that comes in an ISO. Simple and Easy IT Tool

What do you like best? Its simple to understand and use. The interface is very user friendly and almost self explanatory. It also allows my calls at work to be easily listened in on and finding others in the network is quite easy as well. What do you dislike? I don't really have anything to say about disliking it. Amazing Opensource Call Center Software

What do you like best? ITS FREE, yes believe it or not it’s an extremely complete call center software and its free, its mainly for outbound calling and it has a nice dialer and is 100% adaptable to any operation, it allows you to tailor reports and manage your staff and times. My vici dial review

What do you like best? I absolutely love this dialer. Out of all the dialers I have used in my years as a telemarketer I have found that I like this one the most. It is the easiest to use and the easiest to train someone on. If I had to pick a dialer for a business that deals with telemarketing it would be this one. What do you dislike? Vicidial Contact Centre Solution

What do you like best? I am user of Vicidial for 7 years now and it is one of the best in open source list. What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about this. All is good. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is best free solution availble. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using this for outbound calling. We have integrated this into our existing CRM and it work without any problem.

Does what it says

What do you like best? Comprehensive call center software and the ease of looking up user and agent history, as well as recordings. What do you dislike? The customization options are a bit archaic and could be updated to improve ease of use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it in an inbound call center with multiple incoming numbers for the same product.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? VICIdial is capable of doing a lot of things that can enhance call center operations. Everyone from top management to the CSR’s loves the tools because it's so easy to navigate. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is easy to solve various client issues because VICIdial can pull up accounts and view agent notes. If you want to dig deeper into a customer’s problem, you can pull up and listen to call recordings and have your QA analyst and supervisor decide what to do.
