Lack of support and unprofessionalism of their accountant team is awful What aspects are problematic or could work better? It solves the problems that most contact centers go through.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It saves us so much money because we do not have to pay for the basic platform. I love that it comes with robust functionality that will greatly enhance our efficiency and productivity which will be impressive to our clients. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Makes things better for your call center.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is a very user-friendly software to use for inbound and outbound calls. Our employees love using it, especially when doing customer callbacks because the program is so efficient. At first, I have no idea how VICIdial works, but I was able to figure out how things work in a contact center, which is an added knowledge to my current job. You can use VICIdial to help route your calls into once contact center.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It comes with great and useful features. You can make some changes to the interface that will suit your business needs. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It utilizes Perl for its script programming, which is not my preference at all. However, things decently work, so I guess it's okay. Transitioning to VICIdial has been smooth and easy for us.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setting up the system is very fast and easy. My IT personnel didn’t experience any serious issues with this software. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There are times where we cannot hear the customer on the other line and vice versa. EASY TO USE

What do you like best? Vici is easy to use, I only have to set it up and show an employee how to use it once. What do you dislike? Sometimes if there is no sound Ill have to go into the zoiper settings and reregister it. Recommendations to others considering the product: If a big part of your business involves the phone, go for VICIDIAL What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It is simple to use. We relatively use it for outbound calls. There is an option to view the status of each person logged in. Every person logged in has a different randomly generated dummy phone number assigned. What do you dislike? It lags a lot. There are frequent system issues. The best contact solution for SME

What do you like best? Extensive features, open source allows easy customization, solid history. What do you dislike? I personally dislike perl, but I manage to get by. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hard to even list! Lead de-duplication, recordings, caller ID geo targeting, user reports, etc.

The best open-source contact center solution.

What do you like best? - Ease of use, both on the user and administrative side. - Users manual is great, covers everything you need to know. Support forum is really helpful. I have zero knowledge about call center suites before switching to Vicidial.
