Outstanding first line support from Kate and then by the second line support, Kyle! Just few minutes after my first call, Kate was able to set up a call with Kyle who kindly explained the issue, solved it and then provided me with extra tips!

Awesome customer service

I had a hiccup while integrating polling slides into a PowerPoint presentation and contacted Vevox's customer service representative for help. She replied within an hour despite being six hours ahead of me, identifying useful help guides and offering a videoconference to look at my problem in real time. On our call, she showed me what I was doing wrong and quickly got me back on track. I am happy with the Vevox product, and delighted with the exceptional customer service.

Great service during and after

Great service during and after I used Vevox services for a year and liked them. I no longer needed it and realized it had renewed for an additional year. The Vevox team reached out to me and helped me get my payment reversed without trouble.
