Great customer support and onboarding…

Great customer support and onboarding experience. Talking to actual humans instead of trying to figure everything out on our own was a big difference maker, not to mention the platform is user-friendly and has all the features we need.

Very simple and intuitive to use

Very simple and intuitive to use. The fact that you can have a trial of a non-restricted version to use initially was excellent, allowing to run the first session fully with the team to test engagement with Vevox. Team feedback was very positive, and will definitely use Vevox again.

Really rapid, personal response

Really rapid, personal response to a query. As a new user of Vevox, I had a query that chatbot and support videos hadn't answered in relation to powerpoint integration. It was easy to get to a real person from chatbot, and Kate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The drift video was a genius touch to walk me through the steps needed get the formatting result I needed.

A very satisfied customer

I love using Vevox in my teaching. I'm not a sophisticated user, but the basic things I ask of the tool work really well and consistently. I've always found it very intuitive and easy to use as well.

The training was very helpful

The training was very helpful. I learned something new that I plan to implement at our next show (email the survey link to attendees prior to the show so we can get some early participants and get Q&A rolling).

Vevox has revolutionised our university lectures

We have been using Vevox for almost 2 years now during 2-person team lectures at our university. One person manages the Vevox Q&A whilst the other person lectures. This allows students to ask questions as soon as they arise without disrupting the flow of the lecture. We usually alternate speaking every 10 minutes or so and alternate managing the Q&A but have also used Vevox remotely when only one person is on campus and lecturing. Outstanding Customer Service

I've been so impressed with the high level of customer service and ease of communication we've had with the Vevox team. Inquiries are addressed within a day (usually within hours). Onboarding and training have been customized to our needs. Highly recommend this tool!

Vevox - high quality product and professional customer service

My team used Vevox for delivering counter fraud awareness powerpoint presentations to a host of audiences across the NHS, from Executive Directors to nursing staff on the front line during Covid. The training we received from Dom was fantastic and it became super easy to use, and the audiences love it!
