What do you like best? The platform is very user-friendly and complete. The people that I've interacted with in the course of the last year for setting up the scheme, getting a valuation, admin questions when we were going through a new round, have all been very knowledgeable and quick in their responses. Brilliant product

What do you like best? I love Vestd and I wish I had found it sooner. It makes the whole process of issuing shares whether they're growth shares or ordinary shares incredibly simple. Everything is automated through their platform including submissions to Companies House as well as sending documents to the other directors and shareholders for signing which is all done electronically. Amazing shift from Excel to Vestd

What do you like best? We moved from paper/Excel cap table to Vestd and the process wasn't easy. I wish we'd have started with a clean setup in Vestd. However, the support team were amazing and did a great job of completing our setup and we have been very pleased at being able to better manage our governance over time. Not cheap, but very worth it. What do you like best? Phenomenal service from the very beginning - far above what I expected and far above from what they sold on their website. The tool itself is intuitive and thought through. What do you like best? Vestd have done all the tedious groundwork to give a startup everything it needs to distribute equity using a simple online platform. It's a single place where everything relating to equity in the company is stored.
