Not dislike but I think the Vertice platform that provides insights to usage and licenses assignment is not good enough. There are tools in the market that provide a much better coverage. What do you like best about Vertice? We've been using Vertice for 3 months and we've had good results so far. Platform is easy to use and interact with and we also recently went live with their usage analytics feature where usage/licences are being monitored to avoid costly true-ups at renewal and identify further savings opportunities. What do you like best about Vertice? It's great to have all contracts, owners, renewal dates etc finally in one place. The team is responsive and I love they are on Slack and easy to approach. We had so many contracts that somebody just ticked a box for when signing up and agreed to general terms when we were a tiny business and a lot of these contracts were not looked at again after.
