Huge help!
PROS: What I like best about this software is their customer service! The agent assigned to us has been very responsive and pro-active. Very knowledgeable on the filing processes. CONS: There should be an assigned representative from the very start.

Helpful in financial reporting
PROS: The app does a lot! It's really helpful to us especially on tax calculation and reporting. It also allows us to view transaction details. It also helps us in managing tax-exempt customers. CONS: There are some issues on the software's compatibility with other apps. We've experienced difficulties in integrating it with other software, and got no luck with their customer/technical support as well. PROS: This program does the job! It keeps me worry-free about taxes because I know it takes care of it and ensures that we're tax compliant! It does everything for you so you no longer have to stress yourself out thinking about taxes. It saves us a lot of time. Their customer support is also super helpful!
