"The ability to have a scheduler and gps tracker in one system is very convienent"
What do you like best about Verizon Connect Field Service & Scheduling? What I found most useful is the technician can update each job with notes, pictures and times on site. They are also able to see all past job details which make it useful when trying to diagnose on going plumbing issues.

What do you like best about Verizon Connect Field Service & Scheduling? I love being able to interacty with my field technician within minutes. Lettin them know a customers request and making schedules simply easy and effortless.
