What do you like best about Verbit? I think the application works well for our use case, and the turn around on our files is much faster than our contract times. Almost always same day turn around for their 5 day option. What do you dislike about Verbit? Once the contract was signed, no sales rep or account rep ever heard from again. What do you like best about Verbit? As a highed ed institution, when we provide captioning, it must meet ADA standards, which means a human checks the captioning generate by AI. The product is fairly intuitive to use with several options for captioning. Another plus is the support chat that is live-staffing the portal to assist with any questions, configurations, etc.. What do you like best about Verbit? I love that you can easily upload multiple video files to Verbit and that there are options for transcript and caption files.
