The support team takes ages to reply
The support team takes ages to reply. Instead of one hour as they promise, it's ALWAYS 1 day or more, sometimes weeks.Vend is horrible to use at the moment due to some bugs. You can't import products anymore without it giving you an error message totally unfounded, and also you can't create Composite products too.For those wondering whether they should buy Vend, I tell you, DON'T! It's a total waste of money and time.

My needs and its features are a match!
PROS: Some POS environments can be quite difficult to navigate, but Vend puts a premium on its simple layout. But don’t be deterred by how clean its interface is—it’s packed to the brim with features and integrations that you will not find with other solutions. And as a cherry on top: they have really helpful customer reps too.

Reliable and accurate—all the best qualities of a POS software
PROS: Vend takes the guesswork out of business-related tasks such as tracking stocks and generating reports. And it does so without all the complicated diagrams in its interface. In the rare occasions that I ran into trouble with its features, their customer service representatives were always more than willing to help.

Good reporting and simple interface
PROS: It’s very easy to work with Vend. I’ve had newly hired employees come in and I’d have them running reports through Vend with ease in no time. Speaking of reports, I think these are worth commending too. You can generate sales uptick by the day and even by the hour, depending on what you want to see.

A software that is admirable in its ease of use
PROS: Vend is an intuitive application that anyone can learn to use in a matter of minutes. Because of this, new employees and new users alike can navigate and utilize it right away. CONS: If Vend could add the ability to integrate widgets, it would be an extra benefit.

Try calling the customer support…
Try calling the customer support helpline, 0800 1337857, before you commit to anything, when they call you back two weeks later , that may give an idea of the level of service you'll get as a customer.The sales team funnily enough respond within 2 days! Actual system works ok , small bugs can take some time to get fixed bt as I said the level of support is totally terrible, for £89 a month you're on your own.

An impressive POS solution
PROS: Configuring Vend is a smooth-sailing affair because the software helps in the processes. It is impressive in how easy to use it is and to make changes to the system at any time. A great plus in implementing Vend is its cloud-based attribute. This allows us to work on tasks on other systems without risking the loss of our data. It should also be noted that Vend has a magnificent support team that is always on hand to offer assistance whenever we encounter issues.
