Our business’s prized POS software
PROS: Vend is absolutely user-friendly and it does not take too much time to train new employees how to utilize it. I prefer this POS system above others because of its accessibility; I can view information entered in the software any time and anywhere so that I can monitor the happenings in the shop. My business also benefits from the fact that Vend integrates with credit card processing applications, which records each transaction automatically.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Vend is absolutely user-friendly and it does not take too much time to train new employees how to utilize it. Best point of sale platform
PROS: The platform allows us to create a POS structure efficiently. It’s easy to use, and the web infrastructure can carry and organize data from stock, installment management and sales among other details. Its autosave capacity through the cloud lets us navigate the POS framework without losing precious data as well. Plus, it has a trusty user support which helps us sort out problems with the platform from time to time.

Complete Point of Sale and Inventory Platform
PROS: This complete POS and inventory system allows us to build a cloud-based infrastructure seamlessly, and a professional support team is ready to assist any time. The system can handle stock, inventory and sales among other data. Plus, we don’t worry about losing data because each entry is automatically saved in the cloud. Everything is convenient as well.

Dependable point of sale platform running on the Cloud
PROS: This POS app lets me collect sales data from different areas in the country conveniently. Thanks for it being a reliable cloud-based platform. It helps me in making, editing or removing stock keeping units, as well as keep sales data each day, week or month without headache. And when problems come, a reliable support team is just a call away.

Absolutely horrendous service when…
Absolutely horrendous service when trying to cancel a subscription that we have had for 5 years. Funnily enough the 'billing' page won't load at all and after an hour chatting to the chat window guy, he just said 'I can't cancel it for you'.... total waste of time.

Terrible service (currently)
We’ve been with Vend for multiple locations for several years. Never has customer service Failed as miserably as it has at this point. Inventory control and the ability to pull useful reports to audit stock if you have multiple branches is non existent. Doing inventory counts works fine if your stock room is the size of a closet so you can count, verify and make system changes the same day. Most reasonable sized businesses cannot. Vend is a magnificent tool for local enterprises
PROS: What I like most about Vend is its ease of use. And even though it is already an intuitive software, its developers are always finding new ways to make it fresh and more user-friendly. CONS: The downside of using Vend is the clunkiness of its e-commerce site. Neither we nor our customers like it.
