A top-notch Point of Sales software
PROS: Vend has enabled our business to offer a loyalty system to our customers, which motivated them to come back to us and even to refer their friends. CONS: I find Vend to be a bit lacking when it comes to editing the product price at the register. It has also been difficult for us to have accurate inventory reviews because the reporting is not exact.

Great system overall
Easy to use and simple user interface for both management and the selling team. Solid reporting system to keep track of performance and inventory. Best of all, very prompt support when you need help. Highly recommended.

A huge asset!
So easy to use, but with sophisticated functionality. Constant improvement and enhancement, really the best choice for any retail business. An inexpensive, but huge asset to any store! Thank you!

Color change not helpful
Color change not helpful. As for all roll outs in cloud software that leave the consumer scratching their head. Why? We used LightSpeed Onsite and it fit what our business needed. LightSpeed put Onsite to pasture and we were left with their not so intuitive interface for the browser based solution. Onsite is way more powerful in the inventory handling and building of skus. We switched to Vend knowing we were going to take a hit in functionality, but Lightspeed Online is a clunky gui and not ...
