Easy to use and the reporting available…
Easy to use and the reporting available is quite good. I would like to see a feature added where we can have a running total /invoice open for a customer for the entire month but have the items come off of stock and give a sales figure every week.

No Warning for Unsaved Changes
A significant issue that surely can be a quick fix for Vend is the absence of a Warning when you are leaving a page without Saved Changes. This is particularly a problem when a page disappears when you are working on it. I have lost count of how much work I have lost in Vend when a page shuts down without Saved Changes. Insanely frustrating.

Vend is a most configurable product that is a great match for retail businesses
PROS: It does not take long to set up Vend because of its ease of use. Our business also enjoys the capability to work on other tabs and windows while keeping Vend in the background because the application is cloud-based. We are also grateful to the support staff of Vend, who have been helpful to us every time we needed a hand with the solution.

Reliable stock and POS solution
PROS: Vend allows us to set up a POS system. As a cloud-hosted software, it allows us to open multiple tabs on the web browser while retaining the data on each tab. Its interface is simple, which makes it easy to understand and navigate. Managing our business is made easy as well with Vend. On top of that, the help desk is also prompt in delivering support.

I AM DONE WITH VEND!!1 I cant express the amount of time that their promotion has not worked, hours just waiting for someone to answer, cant stand speaking to them they are no help! when operating a retail shop the second something doesn't work it needs to be fix that moment, well, when you wait a day to speak to someone it dose not help. Vend is great!
Vend is very customizable and adaptable to suit a range of business types and models. There are a lot of great working features including generating specific reports and creating product variables and more. While there is still some room for expanding and tuning some features it is definitely a standout for POS solutions and the fact that they are constantly improving and adding to it to improve it is fantastic.

A standout POS
PROS: It is easy to use Vend and it does not require a lot of time to learn to navigate. Because of its gentle learning curve, new employees or users can utilize it and be productive immediately. The features that I enjoy most in Vend are stock and inventory management and its support for installment plans. It also adapts smoothly to any screen size, which allows our company to work efficiently on any device.

Top-notch support team
PROS: One thing that I absolutely appreciate about Vend and its team is that they really look out for their clients. Whenever I’ve had trouble with the software, they have always been quick to respond and fix the situation. This, plus a really clean layout makes Ven stand out among other POS software for me.
