What do you like best about Veloxy? The ability to follow up with my productivity. It not only allows me to follow up my work but also see the areas in which I might be missing improvement or I may need to follow up again. This tool has also helped me improved my communication with my clients as I may see who might have forgotten to read the information that I have sent. Having this advantage is crucial for the relationship growth between the sender and the receiver in the communication process.

What do you like best about Veloxy? Knowing when my emails are read is a huge bonus and needed in this day and age when working virtually and utilizing emails more than ever. I have had issues with getting a hold of point of contacts with the company and with email tracking, let's me know if my emails are read and when.
