"Dial-IQ Does Okay"

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Dial-IQ is AWESOME for calling through outbound lists of prospects. It's also easy to design callflows, including IVRs, in Dial-IQ. My agents like working with it. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? Dial-IQ reporting doesn't let me get the data I need for inbound call analytics, nor does it let me search and filter call data by information stored elsewhere in the lead record. "3 Months and Still Learning"

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Intuitive. It is so easy to find notes and add notes to your leads. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? I have been using Velocify for just over four months. I have yet to have any problems, other than a short period where we lost the ability to dial for a couple of hours.
