What do you like best about Veeqo? All in one package, tried a few others and this is by far the best. Customer service response time is good and they usually resolve queries straight away. What do you dislike about Veeqo? Onboarding took a bit longer than expected but problem sorted in the end. What problems is Veeqo solving and how is that benefiting you? "Wish I had found this system earlier! A very helpful piece of software for order managment."

What do you like best about Veeqo? Veeqo integrates seamlessly with my web sites, accounting software and Royal mail for delivery. Its dashboard is clear and easy to see the orders dropping in. The whole process can be used by my whole team, to keep everyone updated on the progress of the orders. Customer service can track order progress and delivery progress. Not Satisfied Overall

Not a good option for eBay sellers. We have been with Veeqo for about 4 months. They charged more but offered less service than we expected. We would like Veeqo to sync our eBay store and speed up our pick and dispatch process. Veeqo system kept dropping lines. 20-30% of our ebay products cannot be sync at the same time. Whenever we sold an item Veeqo was not able to update eBay. They said there were about 7 mins late but I would reckon there will be more than one day lag behind eBay ...

Effective solution for businesses

Having used Veeqo for over a year, I can honestly say there isn't a better order management solution out there. Very effective and constantly improving. My hat goes off to the support team as well as they are always on hand for any help. Cheers Veeqo!
