AVOID VEEQO We’ve waisted months and thousands of pounds integrating Veeqo to our Magento 2 store. Technical challenges are expected but Veeqo have been useless at resolving things and communication with the development team is dire. Frustrating reoccurring issues + poor customer service = not good!

Unfortunately, after starting off great, during our second year with Veeqo, we have experienced a serious decline in customer service being able to help with the ever-increasing issues we seem to face as Veeqo continues to grow and expand (complicate) its system.One of the biggest problems we have is that there are now no longer ticket numbers for issues raised, so when we have the same issue reoccurring again, the Veeqo CS can not find the issue that has already been logged.... extremely ...

It is so easy to navigate through orders, and tagging colleagues in notes is great. printing orders while applying postage from different companies, it is a Brilliant Tool For E-commerce What do you dislike about Veeqo? honestly so far, i haven't found anything bad, its really smooth to use, finding orders is great.
