Very disappointed with Veeqo

Very disappointed with Veeqo, we did a stocktake 3 months ago and entered all our items into Veeqo these linked with our Magento store and we did not face any issues. The problem is that recently due to a change of URL we lost the connection bridge between Veeqo and Magento and all our stock was lost in limbo! We reached out to Veeqo for Help and they said nothing could be done to recover our stock figures which were on their server, how is this possible? We have found them most unhelpful ...

We have had a disastrous experience with Veeqo and strongly suggest anyone considering them goes elsewhere. Here's what happened with us:- Veeqo set up the wrong Royal Mail service by mistake. This led us to be over-invoiced.- When we reported this out to Veeqo, they cancelled our Royal Mail service without informing us. This caused massive problems as we could dispatch no orders for 24 hours - at a particularly busy time.- Veeqo told us they has re-applied for for the Royal Mail service ...

A year later - still doesn't work.

After spending the best part of a year trying to get Veeqo to work. Unfortunately it doesn't do what was promised when we signed up.The main reason we decided to use Veeqo is because we want to sync our stock across multiple platforms (eBay & WooCommerce website). What do you like best about Veeqo? Veeqo has a neat UI, it is easy to navigate through and we found it quite intuitive. It helps us keeping track of stock levels, supported by graphs and KPI's in order to optimize reorder point and quantities. It helped us a lot in diminishing the number of orders not fulfilled because of low stock, resulting in higher customer satisfaction. What do you dislike about Veeqo? Just pay attention before taking any…

Just pay attention before taking any decision and go with veeqo. Not all courier integration are available in other countries than UK, if you are not from UK just ask before is the courier and other integration are available for your country because is not specified on website and the selling team will not inform you that not all are available.
