Worst Customer Service ever

Worst Customer Service ever! They takes ages to respond and when they do it takes them time to understand. The Vprint was not working for mac and then windows. The sales manager promised to call me back with a resolution but that call never happend. Go to someone better and avoid the headache!

The dream you're sold isn't quite what…

The dream you're sold isn't quite what you get... I have a few issues to be honest but they can be summarised as: - If you're a high volume retailer their pricing structure is crippling. - Support is really not that supportive, it takes a while for them to even understand your request. - If you have any type of request that isn't just "there" then you've got problems. We needed to do a custom integration with a certain shipping provider as we have a good rate, we were happy to do the ...

Buggy, slow, ancient.

We've used Veeqo on and off since 2017. This time hoping that things would have improved. However, we're still bug hunting and spending hours on end with customer support. Simplest of integrations are buggy and basic features are "request in our road map". The UI is primitive, code is buggy and ancient. It's a wonder how this company has not yet been usurped by a more competent entity.

Very useful tool for e-commerce

Veeqo is a very useful tool for anybody looking to sell on a variety of online platforms, or integrate multiple couriers under one roof. We use Veeqo to integrate our online sales channels (eBay, Website, Amazon) so that we can update the inventory in one portal. It also prevents us from double-selling items (e.g if an item sells on eBay, it removes it from Amazon etc.). It also allows us to print shipping labels for the orders on these platforms using a variety of couriers under one ...

Veeqo seems very good outside looking…

Veeqo seems very good outside looking in but as soon as you start digging into it, the software can't deliver on many things that other competitors can. I was incredibly disappointed with their "support" team simply not understanding my queries, copying and pasting basic text from their support guides, and were of no help whatsoever. Tried to escalate higher up but the person I managed to end up speaking with via Zoom ended up sharing their screen and tried ti diagnose my issue by using ...

Very disappointed with Veeqo

Very disappointed with Veeqo, we did a stocktake 3 months ago and entered all our items into Veeqo these linked with our Magento store and we did not face any issues. The problem is that recently due to a change of URL we lost the connection bridge between Veeqo and Magento and all our stock was lost in limbo! We reached out to Veeqo for Help and they said nothing could be done to recover our stock figures which were on their server, how is this possible? We have found them most unhelpful ...
