I don't like giving bad reviews but…
I don't like giving bad reviews but this is getting ridiculous with Veeqo. We have been using it for over 2 years but in past 6 months Customer Service has been non existent and every time we send in a query which is daily at moment all that is said that we will pass it on to he engineer's and that seems to be a bottomless pit and eventually days/weeks later they do a quick fix and then does not work a week laterIf you want to link veeqo with XERO dont use veeqoMaybe i might get a reply but ...

Terrible experience with Veeqo
Terrible experience with Veeqo. We were using some Purchase orders functionalities and one day they removed our access to those functionalities. I asked the support why. They said they sent a mail (who read the newsletter ??) to say that Purchase orders were not part the basic plan anymore. After digging into the pricing (that is the most unclear pricing I've ever seen), I noticed that we were paying extra 240€/month because we exceed the number of user allowed by our plan.
