Very handy and easy to use.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very simple running a small business with clients, making payments, doing client follow-ups, and sending/receiving messages. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how my CRM tool lets me send out and take in payment, and sending and setting up appointments. Its Business Insights section gives me an idea on the current relationship I have with every client. An attractive tool that makes everything convenient. It's pleasing to the eye and very intuitive.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The tool's settings happen to be straightforward. I've been using a bunch of programs back then and I found them too technical for my taste. What do you like best? Gmail link and email notifications are my favorite. I get a notification 1 day and 1 hour before each scheduled interview appointment. I really like the ability to view and enter in notes, tag candidates and converse back and forth directly through vcita. The user friendly interface and ease of navigation is probably my favorite. What do you like best? This software enables you to use a large array of tools from scheduling meetings via calendar to invoicing customers. This platform is great for start-ups with a small team making time management and productivity levels rise to their full potential. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The idea is great. There is a point in the set up when help is needed. But it was not forthcoming. What do you dislike? A set up meeting was scheduled but Vcita failed to turn up. I suspect they couldn't cope with the time difference (I'm in Australia. There was no follow up after the missed meeting either.
