Needs More Functionality

What do you like best? Payments, Calendar, Inventory, API , Syncing -- What do you dislike? Unreliability of server/always crashing.. accuracy of results.. I primarily work with small businesses and first-time business owners. vCita is a perfect solution for my clients that need to wear several hats and need software that wears several hats and is easy to pick up and run with. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Set up is very easy and their customer support will walk you through it. What aspects are problematic or could work better? For the most part the service was ok. However, don't purchase the year membership without really giving it a good trial. You will not get refunded any portion of your fee if it doesn't work out. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The best part of vCita is its Gmail integration and email alerts. It lets me know a day and an hour before my appointments so that I do not miss them. It is also helpful that it permits me to take notes, tag applicants, and get in touch with talents via the platform. What do you like best? We like the all in one solution. It's easy and simple to use. It integrates well online software. What do you dislike? It's a little expensive.
