What do you like best about vcita? I love the integrated calendar options for clients to select from multiple appointment types and easily confirm appointments and get reminders.

"Easy to use and responsive to suggestions"

What do you like best about vcita? Automatic confirmations, customisable time zones per booking and easy to adapt. I use it solely for meeting bookings and am not taking payments on the platform as yet. So far, Vcita gives me what I need to function efficiently.

"Impressive Platform for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about vcita? The scheduling platform is better than Calendly and Google Calendar. I have been using vCita much longer, and I admire how it makes my business look very professional.

"Great patient portal and management system"

What do you like best about vcita? I like that it is very intuitive, and it is easy to find what you need in many different ways. You can collect payment information and keep patient notes all in one place.

A visually appealing and user-friendly solution

PROS: Configuring vCita is an easy process, which cannot be said for the other apps that I have used in the past. It is also a huge help that I can tag clients in the solution, which allows me to export lists to other platforms effortlessly. Apart from those things, I like that vCita has integrated SMS messaging because it can be quite difficult to connect a third-party text messaging platform.

It transformed the way I work

PROS: This software eliminates the worries related to time zones and the availability of my clients. I just book everything in our local time zone and the software automatically adjusts the schedule of the appointments according to the client’s time zone. The invoicing tool is also worth praise. Generally, this software has made scheduling and my job way easier to manage.

I am in awe of vCita

PROS: The best part of vCita is its Gmail integration and email alerts. It lets me know a day and an hour before my appointments so that I do not miss them. It is also helpful that it permits me to take notes, tag applicants, and get in touch with talents via the platform. These are all complemented by a user-friendly interface that enables the smooth reassignment of conversations when needed.

I love Vcita

I love Vcita. They really do care about customer satisfaction and are patient with you and are willing to help you with any questions you may have. It is a very clever concept and I would highly recommend.
