Best cloud-based call center software!

What do you like best? Easy set up, great features and costumer service. Adrienn, who is our designated care-taker is an absolute pleasure to work with and VCC are lucky to have her employed. What i really like about VCC is that they listen to the customer and try to accommodate with personalized solution. Much easier with VCC Live

What do you like best? We can work from anywhere and easy to use! We can save time and money. It was easy to set up the system years ago. VCC Live is flexible to integrate with our CRM system.The backend/admin system is incredible, we can manage and analyze our data easily. I would absolutely recommend as I am very satisfied with the service.

What do you like best? I like the precise help I always get from VCC. What do you dislike? I do not like when I don't get an appropriate/satisfying answer from the VCC Support Team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I would highlight the quality assurance. I like that we can evaluate the calls within the system, then the agents can listen back to their calls and also receive thorough feedback about their performance.
