"Good platform in theory but not much use out of it"
What do you like best about Vault Platform? The ability to submit reports in a structured way that makes the employees think more about the situation. What do you dislike about Vault Platform? Nothing about the platform itself, maybe lack of assistance in engaging employees from the company about vault. What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? This gives us a way to have a structured reporting process and a place to document it.

What do you like best about Vault Platform? I like that the app is very user friendly and people can open a report easily, and from anywhere. What do you dislike about Vault Platform? That there is no way to have metrics that can help us look at statistics and that we can use to generate insights. What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it for Employee relations matters and it has helped in some way so that people feel they are heard.
