"Easy to navigate dashboard"

What do you like best about Vault Platform? I find the dashboard is easy to navigate and user friendly What do you dislike about Vault Platform? I find having to go to the Vault website to login to the resolution hub rather than having an application a little clunky. (There is a phone app but I don't have a work mobile.) What do you like best about Vault Platform? I like that it can be anonymous. people can write to use without being exposing who they are What do you dislike about Vault Platform? The messaging can take longer than expected to reach the other person as there is no notification on their end. What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? people are rasing issues and concerns that we may not have seen ourselves.

"I would say I think that the platform is highly configurable - it is a flexible solution."

What do you like best about Vault Platform? Simple to use and has a clean interface. Vault can encrypt and decrypt data. It protects sensitive data. We use our investigation report to attach to Vault to ensure all details are saved into the platform. What do you dislike about Vault Platform? "I really dont like that we are not able to collect proper metrics and analytics in the platform"

What do you like best about Vault Platform? I like that the app is very user friendly and people can open a report easily, and from anywhere. What do you dislike about Vault Platform? That there is no way to have metrics that can help us look at statistics and that we can use to generate insights. What problems is Vault Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it for Employee relations matters and it has helped in some way so that people feel they are heard.
