"First in Class Product by First in Class Company"

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Variphy does an incredible job of taking all of the information you want out of Cisco and making it user-friendly and easy to read, access and interpret. It is Top of the Class in CDR for Cisco Call Manager and CCX. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? The only thing that Variphy is missing for us is the ability to work with CCE. We are transitioning our CCX environment over and customers are already complaining ...

"Variphy Application the bomb"

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? The ease of access, all applications are very stable, and most important the customer service. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Nothing at this point is disliked. Great product. What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote phone control for troubleshooting phones remotely. SIP trunk usage using dashboards and widgets are a great way to get an overview at any time.

"Great product, even better service"

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Honestly, what I like best is the support I get from these guys. Almost always same day, and they DO always either figure it out, or work to figure it out. I've never ended a call with them that I felt like they left me wanting or needing more.
