"Works much better than Cisco CDR"
What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Cisco CDR is epileptic. It works sometimes, but does not work other times. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Nothing that I can think of so far. It's the allround best tool in the market. What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? Accurate call logs; call tracing.

"Takes the effort out of reporting and troubleshooting CUBE and UCM"
What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Clear, easy to use interface, saves time and effort when needing reports and troubleshooting information. Getting this information via other means can be onerous and time consuming. Variphy gets you as much or a little details as you need to with a few simple clicks. "I had a service that was crashed, response was prompt and prodigious."

It allows great tracking for finding issues of call reporting and forwarding within the hospital network What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? sometimes the reporting site crashes, and we're unsure of the upgrade path for the OS. What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? Capturing calls and where they called and terminated within the system.

"Simple enough to use"
What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? seems to follow the cisco platform so setting up reports is easy enough if you are familiar What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Since its cisco you need to be very detailed with your report building or you will get to much data What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? This allows for clear reports for call center and other queue groups

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? The reporting features have been working for us so far. We use to use Metropolis as a third party reporting and we moved to Variphy reporting to replace the Cisco CDR. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? We had to get a third party reporting for more customizations. We used Metropois for awhile and move to Variphy. Not able to create real-time custom widgets for the hunt group and contact center. What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? Variphy is easy to use, administer and upgrade. The filters take a little to get use to but once learned are easy to use. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? There is no ability to cluster 2 nodes.. What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? Provides valuable call info needed for legal disputes. Also, handles 911 notification.

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? The variphy CDR reporting tool is an excellent tool for looking at CDR files from Cisco. Using the scheduled reports and dashboards has been very helpful in updating our customers with the call information they require. The Variphy reports also help greatly with troubleshooting and are the first go-to tool we use when starting troubleshooting on our voice services. "Completes the Call Analytics Where Cisco Falls Short."
What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? I have nothing but good things to say about Variphy. Good Customer support and if you have questions or concerns they address them promptly. Upgrades are fairly simple and can be done during the day unless you have users actively using it during the day. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco?
