The tools provided make reporting simple and apparent for end users and affords technical staff quicker time to notice issues as well as troubleshoot them. "Best solution on the market"

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? We always get a fast response from support and the Engineers are always very knowledgable and willing to help. We've used other solutions in the past and this is by far the most robust , user fiendly, and reliable solution we have seen. implementation documentation is excellent. What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? After using CDR and exporting it out for years....we switched over to Variphy I have been very happy with the product and support over the last 3 years. What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? I really like that Variphy reports end to end calls. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? I have seen that some calls are not passed from the Gateway to CUCM like 911 calls. II am assuming that it was because the length of the call was too short, but, emergency services still receives this call as a hangup. "Variphy Great Reporting Tool and Support Services"

What do you like best about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? It is very easy to search for call records and setup automated reports. Variphy support has also been wonderful to work with, they go above and beyond. What do you dislike about CDR Call Reporting for Cisco? I have not found anything I dislike about Variphy. What problems is CDR Call Reporting for Cisco solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to provide our users with timely and detailed reports.
