What do you like best about Vantaca? I love the fact it is a system created by people in the industry. They know the needs of management companies, Boards, Homeowners and Vendors. "Vantaca has been so helpful in the day to day operations of managing Associations"
What do you like best about Vantaca? The automated functions, setting up an action to perform and then being able to move forward knowing it will work. The best thing about this function it frees up time! What do you dislike about Vantaca? I don't think there is a downside but if I had to give something it would be the occasional slow server. If you can control the server being slow then that would be great! Recommendations to others considering Vantaca: Ask question! Get a true ...

"Vantaca Streamlines Everything"
What do you like best about Vantaca? So many processes are automated and much easier for staff now. Visibility and communication are improved as well for our team. What do you dislike about Vantaca? Being web-based, it can be slow at times especially when processing bulk action items. What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you? Every update and release seems to fix something that makes our jobs easier.

What do you like best about Vantaca? The system is user-friendly on the management company and Owner side. The ease of submitting support tickets and timely response from their support team is also what sets them apart from other software used. What do you dislike about Vantaca? There isn't an option to pull reports globally. As an Executive for the company, it is difficult to pull feedback/reporting on a global scale. All reports can only be pulled on a company/community level. At 200+ ...

Task tracking for staff /Trackingboard votes Recommendations to others considering Vantaca: Simplify and use as many of the integrations as possible. What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure that my staff has access to the same information across the board to be able to give owners and board members accurate information.
