What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft system is very easy to use and allows you to set up the system the way you would like it for yourself or your team. I love their customer service team because they are very helpful when needed . I have had some problems with phone numbers, but they always are there to help.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Vanillasoft figured out that how to manage a sales funnel better than anyone. Equally important, they figured out how to keep salespeople focused... by showing them one task at a time! Literally, you login and push the button and start working. You know that the next best lead will show up. If there is a reminder to call someone, that lead will pop up when its time. It's a set it and forget it system.

"VanillaSoft....Amazing program, especially working from home during COVID."
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I like how simple it is to use. Whether it is from my office or now working remotely, the ease of clicking one button to call my prospective students is great! The ability to make notes on each prospect and the flow or follow up is excellent as well. I would be lost without my VanillaSoft.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The voicemail drop and calendar were easy-to-use features. Also, the dialer was extremely easy to use. 300-400 calls in a day no problem.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The best part about Vanilla Soft is that it supports multiple features that make work-life super convenient like website navigation, reminder calls, calendars and many more. It can be accessed through the phone easily. The program maintains everything on the correct path and it has many convenient features which other CRM doesn't provide.
