What do you like best about VanillaSoft? Easy to use platform that even a beginner can easily learn how to work within it. The back end, admin section seems very easy as well. It compares very well with other platforms I've used.

"A great platform for calling and keeping records"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I worked in the Annual Giving office of Connecticut College where we have to make 500+ calls to alumni and parents to raise fund. We used to manually call them and keep records about the call on Google Sheets, which turns out to be great but very time consuming. Ever since we switched to Vanilla Soft, it has helped us cut down so much time and effort in calling and documenting. Great platform!

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It's easy to use once you get used to it. The transfer Queue feature is incredibly useful for getting transfers done quickly and smoothly.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft system is very easy to use and allows you to set up the system the way you would like it for yourself or your team. I love their customer service team because they are very helpful when needed . I have had some problems with phone numbers, but they always are there to help.
