What do you like best about VanillaSoft? The Voice Drop Feature .. it saves your voice from going out on so many calls!! It is possibly the best customer management technology I have ever tried because it allows so many features which other CRM tools do not have.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I remember being hesitant at the idea of using a new system, but VanillaSoft is perfect! It's very organized so everything is easy to find and keep track of. Not to mention costumer service is AMAZING and are very quick to help you with any issues you have.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft keeps my team organized. I like that it's simple to prioritize leads, collect information, and control workflow for my callers. The caller interface is easy to learn and use. Training a new caller takes only a matter of minutes.

"Easy to use for those tech challenged folks"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft? My favorite part is that I can link my calendar and have everything on my phone with appointments. Super helpful when not just using the phones as a lead service. It also helps with follow up and that is something everyone needs help with.
