They do not care about their clients.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Product is easy to use but make sure it works exactly how you want. What aspects are problematic or could work better? customer service is awful What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Vagaros overall concept is good. I joined this company as it had certain features that looked really useful. What aspects are problematic or could work better? CAUTION, this company has poor ethics. It is almost impossible to get certain reports especially when you decide you want to leave. Software is ok. They messed up our migration from Square. We've had several customers affected.

What do you like best? It's nice that the forms are embedded in the software and we don't have to integrate separately. Although more storage would be nice (even you pay extra it's not enough). What do you dislike? The migration team did a horrendous job. We are constantly having to fix appointments that they didn't migrate over and it has cost us to the tune of over $1500-2000 so far. Easy to use and generally nice scheduling tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I had fun using the various colors available on this platform. The colors do not just make your list beautiful but also make it easier to view and find appointments. Also, I love the ability to jump to particular dates and block out days when service is unavailable. Lastly, I like the ability to see who is in for the day. Easy and accessible appointments for the salon

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are able to keep a client database and access it with ease whenever needed. Also, making a double-booked appointments with this software is pretty easy. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I've fallen in love with this scheduling solution!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It makes booking appointments a breeze. Also, with this app, we are able to keep track of our clients as well as their previous appointments with so much ease. It can help you do a lot of things like managing clients' appointments, processing credit cards, offering reward points, and even email marketing.
