What do you like best about UZIO Payroll & HR? It is a great platform to host our HR and employee onboarding documents and manage PTO digitally. What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR? It would be helpful to host training videos and other documents to share with the team for onboarding. What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a digital space to host our HR and PTO benefits and management.

"Terrible service. They missed deadlines and cost us a lot of money in fines."

What do you like best about UZIO Payroll & HR? Pricing associated with additional features that most companies nickel and dime you on. What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR? Terrible service. They missed deadlines and we received fines for those tax liabilities that they refused to pay. Additionally, their customer service is some of the worst I've seen. What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you? They made my job much harder and expensive than it should ...

Time clock can have issues for hourly employees from time to time. Everything is on one place, and the email notifications to complete paperwork by deadline are great.

I don't like how my PTO is shown as negative since I have to "accrue". What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UZIO Payroll & HR? I like that I can access benefits, time off, and other information all in one place. I also like that it saves your progress while selecting your benefits package. What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR? I did not find a lot that I disliked while using Uzio. It worked very well for me at each step. What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you? I just started a new job, and Uzio made it easy to select benefits ...
