Great tool that is easy to learn and easy to use! The templates are helpful, and UXPressia Academy's "Customer Journey Mapping Fundamentals" is a fun, interactive and practical way to quickly get up to speed in learning how to do mapping.

"Customer Journey Experience for Contact Center Customers"

What do you like best about UXPressia? The UI is quite intuitive. I liked both the graphical and textual inputs to create journey maps. Templates are indeed helpful to get started. Glad to see different templates mapped to diffeent verticals

Awesome online tool for mapping customer journeys

I have used UXPressia for mapping out onboarding and used this for process testing. Love the interface and ease of use. Will be using UXPressia again on a new project to build out customer journey maps and personas.

This is a great tool for journey mapping. Set of templates and images, icon sets and all these materials helps the process to be faster and ore efficient. It is flexible and collaborative.
