What do you like best about UXCam? I like UXCAM because it's been very insightful from seeing rage taps to understanding bugs that we don't see at first sight with other event-based analytics tool or with our internal database. Other things that we like is that we can measure loading times and therefore see wherever we need to improve for certain devices or all OS suite. Above all, the customer success team is the best I have eve seen before. Kudos for V.

"The best tool in the market for UX analysis"
What do you like best about UXCam? The best features include Heat Maps, User behavior pattern analysis with the help of Rage Taps, as well as the ability to gauge app crashes and be able to analyze the video recordings of the user sessions. Customer pain points can be addressed excellently, and the whole process is fantastic!
