"Great tool for usability testing of prototypes"

What do you like best about UXArmy? They have almost everything that one might need for running user tests. From video recording to heatmaps to analysis within the tool. They have many features that needed by researchers for analysis and reporting. What do you dislike about UXArmy? It took me some time to get used to the interface and find some options like screener. Definite scope of improvement on the interface. What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you? One stops ...

"User-friendly app with a very supportive team to help and guide you along the way!"

What do you like best about UXArmy? Very helpful and flexible. We recently completed a project that ran for a few months for several reasons, and they have been consistent in terms of the attention they've given to the project from start to finish. Always available and ready to respond to our stakeholders' questions. What do you dislike about UXArmy? None really. In terms of the more important aspects, they perform pretty well. What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Supportive team from UX Army for a smooth experience"

What do you like best about UXArmy? A very helpful and supportive team that assists to work out the kinks about the project on a pretty tight timeline. What do you dislike about UXArmy? The user experience and tech performance of the platform could have room for improvement as it crashes sometimes. What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you? "Professional service, great tools"

What do you like best about UXArmy? [Good Tool] I've recently used UXA's UserAdvocate mobile app for testing. Being able to easily incorporate Figma's interactive prototypes as part of the testing was really good. I have tried competitor tools like Maze and UserZoom that have not worked as well with Figma. [Usefulness Services] UXArmy also supports recruitment of specific customer/user profiles, which helps us to be a lot more targeted even with unmoderated research. They also help to ...

"Participate in studies"

What do you like best about UXArmy? I have been using this UXarmy platform to take part in moderate and unmoderated studies. These studies include testing of software, mobile application, websites and many more. One of the good things about this platform is that it pays via Paypal and is on time. What do you dislike about UXArmy? The first thing I don't like is that we have to wait for 21 days to get the payment for the studies which we have done. Also, we get fewer opportunities for user ...

"UXArmy makes User research cool and fast"

What do you like best about UXArmy? UXArmy has a strong point in recruiting users from Asian countries like Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc. It was very hard finding Asian users through other companies, but after I met UXArmy, I could find a lot of quality participants. And if there was any problem and I needed to contact them, their response was fast and kind. It was a very pleasurable experience to use their tool. The tool was easy to use and simple but had all the needed features. What do ...
