I got a great support from the support…
I got a great support from the support team (most of all from Dharmesh Kanwaria and Manika Vats), they really helped me to pinpoint and solve the issue I was facing with UVdesk Helpdesk. They also proactively checked on me to ask how I was faring with my issue, which was very kind of them. All in all, a great user experience :)

Flexible software, quick response
My organisation has used another well-known help ticket system for years. UVDesk is more flexible - nearly everything can be customised. Support staff actually read communications and respond with solutions. A month in, we have moved our help desk seamlessly without interruption to members.
