What do you like best? User zoom is a fantastic product for conducting user research and usability testing. It allows you to easily create A/B tests with mockups and get detailed feedback from large groups of users prior to development.

What do you like best? It functionally has many features and capabilities, from straight up survey/data collection/intercepts to on-screen task recording and qualitative research tools. They also offer a fairly robust card-sorting tool.

The report that generates after completion of the task gives success rate and failure rate this helps us understand the participants better.UX is a growth industry and UserZoom is well placed to capitalize on UX growth. Interspersed with survey questions. Some validation features for things like click paths. Very easy to set up panel redirects.

What do you like best? Although not perfect from what I can tell, UserZoom captures the majority of clicks and URL values when survey takers have installed the UserZoom browser extension.

What do you like best? This product is really easy to use and is fairly affordable, as well. Good for grad classrooms, students, and startups. It's also an incredible timesaver-- definitely recommend for when you need a quick turnaround. It's even easy enough for non-researchers to use!
