"Awesome user teesting platform"
What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? Being able to save quotes within the transcript as clips and notes! That capability makes life easier especially as a researcher reviewing multiple videos/interviews.

"Great Platform for User Research"
What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? The platform is very intuitive and to get usability tests started. It's easy to build a study and set up a screener for recruiting users. I've been able to get great results with niche audiences. It saves me lots of time and gets me valuable feedback to inform designs. This is the second company I have used UserZoom at.

What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? The platform is very intuitive and to get usability tests started. What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? I find that the staff at Userzoom *want* to be helpful and supportive. That they want to learn about my business so that useful recommendations around building studies can be given. I think the platform is mostly user-friendly; it does take some onboarding and ramp-up time to understand how to set up studies. But a lot of functions can be copied and used over again in subsequent studies once you have set them up (screeners, ...

What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? Setting up a study is so easy that I can launch studies in less than an hour. Once the study completes, sharing results with stakeholders and the teams is super easy and fun. Stakeholders highly appreciate the heatmaps and analytics UZ offers.

"Nice tool to get feedback from customers"
What do you like best? UserZoom is very easy to use so that you can easily get your clients provide feedback for you. They don't need to have specific software knowledge to complete this task for you. You can customize your quality surveys for each client according to the solution you provided them with and then extract useful feedback from their feedback.
