What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? Being able to do everything in one platform - being able to conduct both moderated and unmoderated, live and remote user testing.

"Great Platform for User Research"
What do you like best about UserZoom (Now part of UserTesting)? The platform is very intuitive and to get usability tests started. It's easy to build a study and set up a screener for recruiting users. I've been able to get great results with niche audiences. It saves me lots of time and gets me valuable feedback to inform designs. This is the second company I have used UserZoom at.
