What do you like best about UserTesting? I love the sentiment analysis, easy sourcing of right audience, insights optimization, getting reliable insights, click heat maps (LOVE LOVE LOVE this feature!)

What do you like best about UserTesting? We enjoy reviewing the video feedback. Although some testers have brutal feedback, it also helped us move forward from the project that we thought made sense. I dont have much experience with other UX design test sights- but did recently run a test on UsabilityHub.com and liked the data recap they sent me after my initial test.

Their support needs support

Works fine until you need to contact their non-responding support for something that was their fault. Scheduled a live meeting only for the calendar link not to work, connected manually with the client, we mutually canceled the meeting because usertesting said I wasn't there on their end (The client told me). Usertesting gave me a 1 star no-show review and won't respond to my support requests to address this. It's easily verifiable from their own messaging center, but they're too lazy to ...

I think it works better for some than…

I think it works better for some than others. I have been trying to get some additional income, you know...because of the current economy, but I barely got one test. I feel they are perpetuating the gig economy - you are expected to be available all the time (they advise to listen for the 'ding') and there is tons of screening but I never qualify. Toluna is much better, despite their very low pay rates, but at least there I qualify for a decent number of surveys. You end up interrupting ...

FANTASTIC site

FANTASTIC site, was skeptical at first but have made around £3000 since starting it in 2020. Only issue is you won't qualify for a lot of tests but when you do you get the money exactly a week later. Got me through some really tough times. 10 out of 10 recommend

It turned to be disfunctional

I have been for about 1.5 years with Usertesting. It has been a great site before the merging with Intellizoom in October. Since then it went downhill. No support when needed, de motivated testers and I believe that clients are experiencing the same issues. I would advice companies to avoid Usertesting or Intellizoom for their user testing needs until these platforms take seriously the testing business.

UT was once excellent

UT was once excellent, but lately, the distribution of tests among testers seems uneven. How can one secure a significant number of live interviews within a week that are unrelated to their industry? It appears that the algorithm may have been flawed, as some testers are receiving unrelated conversations while others remain without any live interviews. I kindly request a reconsideration of the algorithm to ensure fairness. Thank you.

I used to love this website

I used to love this website. It offered so many opportunities to earn. Something changed recently. It has become almost impossible to get a screener, and then when you finally get one, you are usually rejected. It is a waste of time
