What do you like best about UserTesting? The panel is very big and it's a quick turnaround for results. The transcripts are great time saver along with making highlight reels from multiple projects.

Been a 5 Star tester for 6 years
Been a 5 Star tester for 6 years and my account gets deactivated without telling me why. So many other good companies to work with. The quality of tests offered over the last months have been way down and the tests take longer than they say. I did see they may be in financial trouble.

This site looks legit but it's a waste…
This site looks legit but it's a waste of time. I've taken the screeners for over 50 of their tests, and have yet to pass a single one. I would avoid and look for other sources of income.

Seems like a scam to me
Seems like a scam to me. I completed my first test, did everything they asked and it said payment was pending and would be paid after 7 days. Then after a week they reviewed my test, gave me a 3/5 rating but said I wasn't eligible for payment as I hadn't met their criteria. Avoid, don't waste your time.

Horrendous staff
This website is pretty awful. They make you waste a bigton of your time filling up forms, making you give tests and give up your privacy. However then in the end, you can wait till the heat death of the universe itself for your test to be "reviewed". Their lazy incompetent staff are so busy slacking off at their work that I've been waiting for about weeks by now. It's recommended you don't waste your time.

My advice: Stay away from them.
Looks like this review is full of fake 5 stars reviews of so enthusiastic people . The truth is far from those fake reviews. The company is not professional at all, will make you work, make take a test when they will record your screen then shut down your account for no reason.

Completed induction over a month ago and not yet recieved one test. Complete waste of time!
