Free research masquerading as screening
It's exploitative. The "screening" questions can be 12 questions long. You can answer all of these questions just to be told you don't qualify. This is a way of exploiting users to provide free user research. I am closing my account.

Don't waste your time
They gave me feedback that threatened to give me a one star review, but didn't because it was my first test. They said I gave "little verbal feedback" during the test, even though I was giving feedback the majority of the time. The only time I was silent was when the game was doing nothing/loading or the gameplay was the exact same for the 50th time in a row and I could not for the life of me think of more feedback to add. Great side hustle to do online or at home
User Testing is a great side hustle to have or do online or from the comfort of your home. This isn't something to replace your 9-5 job, but rather a way to earn SUPPLEMENTAL income, your earnings on UT all depend on the time, effort, your demographics, and feedback you provide on these tests. I've made over $400 this month of December on UT. I do other side hustles and gigs as a self-employed gig worker such as online surveys and UberEATS deliveries.

Im a professional
Im a professional, did 5 gigs. They rated me 4/5 for the first 2, but said they didnt want to pay me for 1, and then they wrote me an email saying they would not be paying me for any of the work!! With no explanation!! Terrible scammers. They send you 'screener's' which are surveys in disguise - free work, and then dont pay you for your hours spent in employ. AVOID!!!!! Legal action action coming your way scammers. Overlook their bot reviews below, and you'll see the truth a little further down.

So far quite the waste of time, please improve profile data to save time.
So far quite the waste of time, approx 4 hours or more on it and I have been rejected from over 25 tests but after doing all the questions which makes me think they are also survey data collecting for free. I am a director, sell online and retail, invest, accountant, travel and drive so I fit quite a lot of other sites tests but so far accepted for only 2 tests, both of which stalled halfway in. Definitely worse than that time I saw batman vs superman in cinema. At least that was funny bad.

This is a No. 1 website for testing web and prototypes before they are launching. I joined this same web as a contributor since long. Every test you do earns at least $10, none of those tiny ‘less than a dollar’ rewards like you get from other survey sites!

Fun, great way to earn extra cash!
UserTesting is a great resource to earn extra money. The tests are interesting and fun to complete and you get paid for them! It is very user-friendly and interesting to see all of the things that you get to review and give your feedback on. Definitely would recommend starting your UserTesting journey!
