"Expensive but worth every penny in getting your team to buy-in."
What do you like best about UserTesting? The ability to connect with Users around the world, and get their mostly honest opinions. I like how I can make highlight clips and share with people in my organization who don't use this product. To get started I think their templates are great.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I like that I am able to quickly test designs and uncover pain points. The quick turn around is such a huge deal - I'm able to get insights and relay the findings to my team within a few hours.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The simplicity of the platform. It's easy to set up experiments, choose tasks and see the results. Also, very fast delivery of videos and customer support is top notch.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The screener functionality (essential for the CRO work we do), the speed the videos are collected, usertesting.com's willingness to replace poor videos

NOT A SCAM, JUST FRUSTRATING.
I've been with User Testing for about a week. There are some goods and bad about joining the company. "Good for video but otherwise limited"
What do you like best about UserTesting? The speed at which you can recruit participants. The participants are generally well trained how to think aloud but I do wonder if they are 'too well trained' and if they are indicative of normal users.

"Quick and effective User Testing on a budget"
What do you like best about UserTesting? Tests were easy to set up and customize to my needs, results are fast, interface was easy to learn, and ability to take notes and save clips of user feedback was robust.
